2017 has been a very good year for Subaru, so it is no surprise that the end of the year has treated the company equally well. Sales have been good for the company, and buyers are realizing just how dependable and worthwhile Subaru vehicles are. To finish out the year, Subaru received some competitive and prestigious rewards.

One award that Subaru gathered at the end of the year was ALG’s “Top Mainstream Brand” for the 2018 Residual Value Award. While this award is highly sought after, Subaru isn’t a stranger to it. In fact, this is the sixth time that Subaru has been named the Top Mainstream Brand. Consistency like this shows the company’s dedication to providing the best vehicles possible.

Additionally, five Subaru vehicles won their division for the ALG Residual Value Awards. The Impreza, WRX, Forester, Crosstrek, and Outback all took home the #1 spot in their segment. A sweep like this points to the quality of Subaru vehicles. There are 26 segments that receive awards, so Subaru won nearly a fifth of the categories.

On top of Subaru’s vehicles performing well for the ALG, they also performed well in safety awards. Four 2018 Subaru vehicles received the IIHS TOP SAFTEY PICK + award. The Impreza, Legacy, Outback and WRX all received the award. In addition, the Crosstrek and Forester received the TOP SAFTEY PICK award. These awards gained by Subaru vehicles show the overall quality and safety of a Subaru.
