It's always rewarding to give back to the local community, and the staff at Haldeman Subaru Hamilton were proud to do just that by helping with the annual cleanup of the Sunnybrae Little League ballpark. We're excited to see the players take the field this season and wish them all the best!

June 5th is Cancer Survivor’s Day and June is celebrated as Cancer Survivor’s Month, so Haldeman Subaru is ringing in the month of June with the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society! Our team spent Thursday, June 2nd delivering donations to the clinic. This photo was snapped before everything went inside! The blankets will be given out as gifts to patients as a part of their Cancer Survivor Week activities. The healthcare team was so thankful to have received them, and they’re sure to go over big with their recipients. The Haldeman Subaru team had a great time pitching in!

Ranger's Story - Marilyn H
Subaru Loves Pets - Animal Friends for Education & Welfare, Inc. (AFEW) This is Ranger’s story – Ranger is a 9 yr old, American Staffordshire Terrier. Ranger’s original owner, Raymond, was hospitalized after being beat up by a relative. Raymond was already compromised as he was blind, had breathing issues and could barely walk. Ranger witnessed his owner being beaten and hid out of fear. When the EMT’s got to the house to help Raymond, Ranger was right by his side. Raymond would not go to the hospital unless Ranger was safe. The EMT’s loaded Raymond and Ranger into the ambulance. In the emergency room Ranger laid under Raymond’s bed. The ER nurses felt so bad for both of them. Raymond was put on a ventilator and his prognosis was/is not good. The family came and told him they would take care of Ranger. They also told the ER staff that they were going to take Ranger to the shelter but didn’t want their brother to know. The ER staff reached out to AFEW and we said we would take him and foster until we could find him a good home. The ER nurse approached the family who was more than willing to turn Ranger over to us. Ranger was in foster care for about 3 months, Raymond was told Ranger was safe and in foster care, this made him happy. Ranger met Debbie and Marty at the Haldeman Subaru event, it was love at first sight! Ranger found his new home and family!! Haldeman Subaru has been very supportive of AFEW and our animals. We thank them for all they do, they have been more than generous!
Haldeman Subaru's Barktoberfest - Natalie S
Haldeman Subaru is eager to help the animals in need at AFEW Animal Rescue! Join us Saturday, October 23rd from 10am-2pm where we will be accepting dog/cat food, toys, pet supplies, cleaning supplies, towels, and monetary donations to help the animals! There will also be a Tricky Tray, a 50/50 Raffle and food! All proceeds will go to the AFEW Animal Rescue! Haldeman Subaru will also be donating $50 to AFEW for every new Subaru that is sold the day of the event. School Supply Drive - Haldeman S
Back to school is an exciting time of year for most kids as they get to reunite with friends and learn new things, but not all kids are able to return to school as prepared as their classmates. To help disadvantaged students who need a little more support to head back to school prepared, Haldeman Subaru is organizing a School Supply Drive. Haldeman Subaru is accepting donation items such as hand sanitizer, pencils, notebooks, antibacterial wipes, crayons, folders, etc, and in return for your donation, you will be supplied with a $10 off coupon.
