Haldemann Subaru helped provide Supplies for over 100 children through Zonta Club of Trenton/ Mercer - Judy L
Haldemann Subaru generously donated $500 to Zonta Club of Trenton/Mercer towards their backpack/school supplies project for 2026. Working with Children's Home Society of NJ, ZCTM volunteered to provide school supplies to 120 children (grades 3-5) at the Parker intermediate School in Trenton. Zontian Linda Avatar approached Haldemann's management and they became excited to work with Zonta. On August 6, the club met to assemble small back sacs (as requested by the school) filled with all the requested materials (composition books, pens, pencils, glue sticks, rulers, folders, colored pencils, pencil bags and more!). At that meeting Linda Avatar presented the check for $500 to club co-president Linda Foster to help defray that costs of the materials. Linda Avatar then delivered the bags/supplies to Children's Home Society. Thank you, Haldemann for making this possible and for helping these children have a great start to the school year. Zonta's mission to make this a better world for women and girls starts with education. Let's keep working together!
2026 Hunger Project - Nicole K
Haldeman Subaru was proud to partner with ONE Project for the 2026 Hunger Project! This great event brought our Subaru team together with local volunteers to help pack meals for Mercer County residents facing food insecurity. We had members of our service and sales department join the effort this year at Robbinsville High School! We helped prepare over 100,000 meals of a jambalaya of rice, lentils and dried vegetables in just over 5 hours! This milestone event marked the 11th year of the NJ Hunger Project founding. We're honored to be part of such a meaningful effort to support our neighbors and strengthen our community. A big thank you to One Project for making this event possible.
Haldeman Subaru Brings Comfort and Smiles to Patients Facing Blood Cancer - Zoe B
For years, Haldeman Subaru has partnered with Blood Cancer United (formerly The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society) and Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital Hamilton, a RWJBarnabas Health facility through the Subaru Loves to Care initiative. The partnership has involved delivering blankets, patient care kits and messages of hope to cancer patients. On July 7th, Haldeman Subaru and Blood Cancer United had the pleasure of bringing these items to patients in treatment at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital Hamilton. It was a great day, brought smiles and comfort were brough to the patients at the center, as well as the amazing staff. The Subaru team was so excited and grateful to make the day for the patients battling cancer a little bit easier through this delivery and are eager to come back again next year. This year, Haldeman Subaru has also opted to support the Blood Cancer United Urgent Need Program - Pediatric, Adolescent and Young Adult Fund, which will provide ten blood cancer patients financial relief to help offset non-medical costs associated with treatment, such as transportation, food, housing, and utilities.
Driving Change Beyond the Road: Haldeman Subaru's $25,000 Donation to Community Options - Natalie S
This past May, we were honored to donate over $25,000 to Community Options, an incredible organization dedicated to creating employment and housing opportunities for individuals with disabilities. Our team recently had the privilege of presenting the donation check at the Annual Philip E. Lian and Joan L. Mueller Phenomenal Golf Classic, a wonderful event supporting Community Options and its mission.
