Haldeman Subaru Teams Up to Support Local Community - Karen D

Imagine going without a coat, shoes, or even socks. For millions of children and adults experiencing homelessness and other urgent need situations across the country, even here in Robbinsville Township, this is a harsh reality. Helping others strengthens communities, which is why Haldeman Subaru is partnering with Operation Warm®, a national nonprofit focused on connecting children with the resources they need to thrive. Through this partnership and other Subaru Loves to Help® efforts, Subaru and retailers like Haldeman Subaru have helped nearly 900,000 children and adults in urgent need. On 01/18/2025, Haldeman Subaru donated 504 coats to Hamilton Area YMCA. These essential items not only help keep children protected, warm, and dry, it can have a significant impact on a child's mental and emotional well-being.

💙 Subaru Loves to Care 💙 - Natalie S

There are moments when a simple act of kindness can bring comfort during life’s most difficult challenges. As part of the Subaru Loves to Care initiative, we had the honor of delivering blankets and patient care kits to cancer patients at the Cancer Center at Robert Wood Johnson Hamilton. These gifts are more than just items; they’re a reminder that no one faces cancer alone. Love, hope, and support from the community are always close by. We’re deeply grateful to the incredible staff at the Cancer Center for the care they provide every day, and to our partners at the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society for helping us bring comfort and connection to those who need it most.

Subaru Loves the Earth Event - Frank F

At Haldeman Subaru, we care deeply about our community and are committed to keeping our neighborhoods vibrant and healthy now and for generations to come. Trees are vital to this effort — they provide oxygen, cool our community, filter water, clean the air, prevent flooding, and improve health. But every year, our community loses trees due to age, disease, infestation, and extreme weather. Subaru and retailers like us are proud to partner with the Arbor Day Foundation to help address this problem. Each spring as part of our Subaru Loves the Earth initiative, Haldeman Subaru is providing and distributing mature, regionally appropriate trees that will benefit communities for generations. Anyone, regardless of owning a Subaru, can reserve a tree free of charge. This year alone, Subaru and its retailers will provide and distribute 100,000 trees to communities across the country. Through this new partnership and other initiatives, Subaru and retailers like us will have helped distribute and plant over 1.1 million trees so far — and this is just the beginning. Together, we are growing a greener, healthier Robbinsville for generations to come. Haldeman Subaru. More Than a Car Dealer®.

Haldeman Subaru Delivers Warmth to Cancer Patients - Samantha V

For the past several years, Haldeman Subaru has been partnering with The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society (LLS) and the The Cancer Center at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital Hamilton in Hamilton New Jersey through the Subaru Loves to Care initiative. This partnership involves delivering blankets, patient care kits, and messaging of hope to those fighting cancer. On Tuesday June 4th, Haldeman Subaru personally delivered these items to local cancer patients in treatment at RCINJ Hamilton Campus. Michelle Burdick, Campaign Development Manager of The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society witnessed a beautiful interaction between Haldeman Subaru General Manager, Ken Ruch and Hamilton Cancer Patient, Matthew. The Subaru of Haldeman had the opportunity to hand deliver a Subaru Loves To Care Blanket. Upon meeting the patient, Matthew, the two briefly exchanged when Matthew recognized the General Manager, Ken. It turned out the two were high school classmates and hadn’t seen each other since graduation. It was an empowering moment for Haldeman Subaru as it put into perspective why they are giving back to the local community and how much our patients appreciate moments like this. Upon witnessing their interaction, Michelle and The Cancer Center at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital Hamilton staff were filled with emotion as this interaction between two individuals empowers those to make a difference and want to find a cure to cancer. This amazing program has truly allowed these two organizations to not only positively impact the communities where they live and work, but sends hope, love and warmth to patients facing cancer. The Hamilton campus staff expressed their sincere appreciation for Haldeman Subaru who keep their patients in their thoughts when deciding where to bring their generous donations.
