The sixth generation so far of the beloved vehicle, the 2025 Forester includes some of the most advanced features currently available, as well as improved ride comfort and enhanced design to really make it something special.
Sleek, athletic, and contemporary, the 2025 Forester is presenting a brand new look that refreshes the vehicle without losing the rugged and classic roots of its predecessors that make it unique. The bold grille and compact LED headlights work together to give an integrated shield effect, while the bold shoulder lines and prominent wheel arches give the vehicle plenty of presence and emphasize its off-road prowess. New aerodynamic additions to the Forester’s exterior improve its performance and stability, like air outlets that allow air to flow more freely around the vehicle. Powered by a 2.5-liter SUBARU BOXER engine delivering 180 horsepower and 178 pound-feet of torque, the Forester comes ready to make the most of these new details.
Inside, the all-new Forester features contoured dash elements, textured trim pieces, and a dark headliner, which work together to not only look great, but to prevent and disguise the damage and wear and tear that comes with daily use. Generous glass and carefully designed pillars ensure a wide-open feeling with a full view, and the steep rear glass improves the Forester’s cargo capacity to 74.4 ft3 of usable space.
The 2025 Forester is one of the most advanced yet, packed with technology including SUBARU STARLINK dual 7.0-inch high-resolution touchscreens– one to control smartphone integration, radio, audio streaming, and the rear vision camera, and one for climate controls and vehicle settings. SUBARU STARLINK Safety and Security Connected Services are also available on the 2025 Forester, providing SOS Emergency Assistance, Enhanced Roadside Assistance, Automatic Collision Notification, Maintenance Notifications, Monthly Vehicle Health Report and Diagnostic Alerts, Stolen Vehicle Recovery Service and Vehicle Security Alarm Notification and much more.
The Forester has long been one of Subaru’s most awarded vehicles, and that isn’t likely to change for the 2025 model year.
