Subaru recently announced that the updated 2024 Impreza will be unveiled for the first time at this year’s Los Angeles Auto Show. The event celebrates the 30 years since Subaru debuted the compact vehicle to the U.S. market in the early 90’s. Enthusiasts should expect to enjoy the Imprezza’s improvements and design tweaks, and newcomers will get to witness the latest iteration of a great compact car.

Subaru Adopts Camden City Middle School Classrooms

At the end of last month, Subaru of America, Inc. (SOA) revealed that, to keep supporting the students of the Camden City School District, the automaker will “adopt” all middle school (grades six through eight) classrooms in the district, providing essential learning materials to students. The adoption effort is a substantial part of the Subaru Loves Learning initiative, a partnership with AdoptAClassroom.org to help every student get an equal opportunity to succeed in the classroom.

Subaru Loves the Earth Month Achieves 2022 Recycling Milestone

 

Subaru of America recently celebrated the company’s environmentally-focused philanthropic initiative, Subaru Loves the Earth, which is part of the larger Subaru Loves mission, for reaching a new milestone. The recycling milestone achieved by the campaign includes over six million disposable cups and lids, coffee, tea, creamer packaging, and snack wrappers over the past  four years.

Subaru Honored As 2022 Best Place To Work For LGBTQ+ Equality

 

Just a few weeks ago, Subaru of America, Inc. was officially named a 2022 Best Place to Work for LGBTQ+ Equality by the Human Rights Campaign Foundation’s Corporate Equality Index (CEI). 2022 is the sixth year in a row and ninth year overall that Subaru has earned a perfect 100 percent on the CEI, the United State’s primary survey measuring corporate policy impact on LGBTQ+ workplace equality.

SUBARU MOTORSPORTS USA TAKE 2021 NITRO RALLYCROSS CHAMPIONSHIP

 

 

At the recent 2021 Nitro Rallycross driver’s championship, Subaru Motorsports USA earned a 1-2 finish and won the Nitro RX teams championship in Florida. Travis Pastrana and Scott Speed finished the year with an exciting tie at the top of the charts with 219 points each, one point clear of former world champion Timmy Hansen with 218. Pastrana was awarded the rank of overall champion with the tiebreaker and two event wins compared to Speed’s one.

Subaru of America and Philadelphia Union Announce Subaru Park’s Zero Landfill Achievement

 

 

Subaru of America, Inc recently partnered with the Philadelphia Union, announcing that Subaru Park has achieved zero-landfill status, designating it as the first soccer-specific stadium in Major League Soccer (MLS) to hit the mark. The hard-earned status was celebrated at the October 23 match with a commemorative jersey patch and dedicated reopening as a zero landfill stadium.
