The Subaru Impreza hatchback has sort of become a victim of the company's decision to shift attention to SUV's in recent years.

There is no other automaker that has managed to explode in terms of popularity as much as Subaru has in recent times. While it once was the desired model for professors and WRX fanatics, the company has taken a major step into mainstream auto making in recent times.

Around 70 tons of black plastic had been going to a recycler from the Subaru factory in Indiana, until today. The plastic waste certainly was not being sent to a landfill like it was a decade ago, but this still was not good enough for Subaru. Subaru’s standards are that high. Too bad the federal government did not do better in managing America’s tax dollars. Perhaps Subaru should run America.  

The new Subaru BRZ offers a fabulous driver focused cabin and laser precise handling, but still doesn't seem to have many buyers. But with the 2015 Subaru BRZ Series Blue Edition, it appears as if Subaru has designed the car with nothing but its enthusiasts in mind. Does it impress? Let's find out.
