Subaru of America has recently announced that it will continue its long-term partnership with the American Association for the Advancement of Science (AAAS), this time through the development of a library of science-focused educational resources for children stuck at home during the ongoing pandemic.

 

The library of resources, which was created by the AAAS STEM Education Program, aims to provide high-quality interactive online activities for children grades K-8. These activities will cover a variety of science disciplines including biology, astronomy, physics, and more.

Subaru Partners with Facelift: Act Local on Environmental Cleanup and Recycling Initiative

 

Subaru of America has recently announced that it will co-host and serve as the official vehicle manufacturer for the U.S.A.’s first national litter clean-up and recycling initiative. This new project encourages people nationwide to help reduce landfill waste in their local communities.

 

Known as Facelift: Act Local, this six-day-long event is produced by the Yosemite Climbing Association and clothing brand The North Face. The event is designed to encourage individual citizens to independently go outdoors to assist with litter cleanup at their local green spaces.

The Upcoming 2021 Subaru Crosstrek Will Offer More Powerful Engine, Sport Trim Level

 

Earlier this month, Subaru officially announced its plans to bring the popular Subaru Crosstrek to the next level with an all-new trim level and a more powerful engine option.

 

For 2021, the new Sport trim level, which slots between the basic and Premium packages, will come standard with a 182-horsepower 2.5-liter 4-cylinder SUBARU BOXER® engine. The top-level Limited trim will also receive this engine upgrade, which is also capable of 176 lb-ft of torque.
